SWMJ Construction, Inc.' management method is to employ the most experienced managers and outside services in the Houston area. Our construction manager’s main focus is to coordinate and schedule the outside services to build a quality construction to our clients specified needs. Our warranty staff is also heavily involved from time of contract. In addition to our well-tuned management, we are licensed and bonded with all of the appropriate affiliations and associations to ensure compliance with all regulations.
Marc Jungers – President
Prior to creating his own company, Marc Jungers operated both the DFW and Houston division of the 18th largest homebuilder (3rd largest privately held) in the United States as ranked by Builder magazine. While there, he gained experience as a city manager, responsible for sales and construction for multiple subdivisions; and then ultimately, he was promoted to Regional Vice President, overseeing that company’s Houston operations.
Marc Jungers has been recognized for home design concepts to maximize lot usage, and has been awarded numerous ‘Sales Manager of the Year’ awards on regional and national levels. Additionally, he received the 2004 and 2005 “Award of Excellence” from the Houston Better Business Bureau for integrity in business.
Jerry Bonesteel – VP of Operations

Mr. Bonesteel has over 26 years of experience in residential and commercial construction services in all major Texas markets. His early experience includes working as a superintendent for several privately held production builders working his way up to Area Manager where his responsibilities included construction, sales, purchasing, estimating budgeting, marketing, product development, lot acquisition, warranty, customer service and personnel.
Currently, his role at SWMJ Construction, Inc. includes serving as an VP of Operations, responsible for all aspects of sales and construction for the Houston area. His role also includes negotiating pricing with material providers and trades, formulating house budgets and increasing SWMJ Construction, Inc.' overall bottom line per project.
